Unsere Geschichte

Es fing an mit einer Idee

„Rascher Immobilien Konzepte“ wurde im April 2014 mit der Idee gegründet, auf das allgemeine negative Image der Immobilienvermittlung zu reagieren und sich auf die Kernaufgaben einer vertrauensvollen Vermittlung zu konzentrieren. Noch heute ist es schwierig einen kompetenten und ehrlichen Immobiliendienstleister, bzw. Dienstleisterin zu finden. Seit Firmengründung wird auf eine ausgeglichene Beratung und faire Vertrags-/Auftragsgestaltung bei Verkauf, sowie Vermietung geachtet. Im Jahr 2016 erhielt das Unternehmen den Namen „SIRA Immobilien“. Wir testen, prüfen und übernehmen sinnvolle Technologien und neue Trends auf dem Immobilienmarkt. Dadurch sind wir ständig im Wandel. Ursprünglich als reine Immobilienvermittlung gegründet haben wir unterdessen unsere Dienstleistungen erweitert.

Seit 2019 konzentrieren wir uns auf das Mietmanagement von Mietobjekten von Investorinnen und Investoren. Hier ist eine nachhaltige und zufriedene Mietstruktur oberstes Ziel. Wir haben durch die Nutzung von vielen digitalen Lösungen einen reibungsfreien Arbeitsablauf geschaffen und können uns dadurch voll auf die Anliegen unserer Kundschaft konzentrieren. Unsere Vermittlungstätigkeit ist nicht verloren gegangen. Diese bieten wir jedoch exklusiv Kunden unseres Mietmanagements an. Im Jahr 2020 haben wir ein neue Corporate Design entwickelt und dabei auch den Firmennamen auf „Immosira“ angepasst. Unser Motto: „Investieren Sie in was Sie lieben!“.

Mr. Simon Rascher of SIRA Immobilien handled the sale of a small apartment in Nuremberg for me.The initial situation wasn't ideal, as the apartment was rented to a small family with a migration background who had very limited German language skills. Mr. Rascher demonstrated great commitment, contacted the tenant's mother to act as an interpreter, and found a buyer relatively quickly.He kept me regularly informed by phone about the progress and organized all the necessary steps, from drafting the purchase agreement to scheduling the notary appointment. Inquiries and requests for changes to the purchase agreement were also promptly addressed via email.I was very satisfied with Mr. Rascher's services and can therefore highly recommend him.

We recently decided in favor of the housing management company SIRA and we already think that it was the right choice. Mr. Rascher takes a lot of time for his customers, he is a good listener and implements the orders quickly and with commitment. After a friendly contact with the tenants, he inspected the apartment and discussed the existing problem with a specialist. He took care of a quick solution through suitable and fast working craftsmen, with whom he was personally on site. He sent us the pleasing result of the work in a small video and in several pictures. That's the way it has to be. Everything was great!
